MANDY KIPPAX

Art was my favourite subject at school and I loved to paint, draw and make collages. For many years it was a hobby but eventually my creative side got the better of me and I went on to study Surface Pattern Design at the University of Huddersfield.

After graduating, I became a freelance designer for kitchen and tableware creating icons for trays and dinnerware. My skills developed and I recognised that I enjoyed creating colourful illustrations and found my passion was in the greetings industry. I joined Inspire Art licensing in 2015 and my designs have been applied to a variety of products such as gift bags, sweet packaging, paper tableware, note books and tins.

I work from home in Sheffield where the nearby countryside is part of a National Park. When I am not creating I love to walk the rocky edges and hills of the Peak District finishing with some well deserved tasty homemade food at one of the local eateries.
